Site Manager Wanted for Construction Company – Bathroom Renovations

We are looking for a site manager for a construction company – bathroom renovations
We are a well-established construction company specializing in bathroom and wet room renovations. We are now seeking an experienced site manager who wants to take responsibility for our projects and lead the work on site.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the work during bathroom renovations
- Plan work tasks and follow up on timelines
- Ensure that the work is carried out according to applicable industry regulations
- Quality control of wet rooms, waterproofing, and execution
- Communication with craftsmen, subcontractors, and clients
Qualifications:
- Experience as a site manager or similar role in construction
- Documented experience in bathroom renovations
- Good knowledge of wet rooms, waterproofing, and industry regulations
- Ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and Russian, both spoken and written
